Can't stand it, there clearly are a good number of us checking on here but like not really talking, its a shame lets get some activity here and maybe kick a bit of life back into it.
First off show of hands from admins who are on here regularly? How's life going for you guys? make a topic lets have a chitter chatter about it. Whats the gaming like, currently playing? For me myself, well i'm at uni now, studying electronic engineering (foundation sadly long story) And i've got to be honest its just shockingly low quality, we just learnt about Sin Cos and Tan :| 2 hours of it!!!! AHHHH someone help me i'm gonna die from the simiplicity then when it gets hard i'll be dead and fail! No job yet, not sure if i'm going to take one or not but i'm hoping to get into one :) so we'll see. Gaming is at an all time low for me, i haven't played so few since i was like 6 years old or something (definately younger than 8 was the beginning for my gaming) I'm currently playing 1 game!!! just 1, hi to mr X3 :) (reunion) Although i've got a few sports up on the line for later, i'm being more out than in recently. So come tell me about you now i've prattled on like a mad old person. |

Yes we keep an eye on the place, and from time to time we even reply to a post from a friend.
Trouble is, most of the guys are flying around EVE-Online, and the X Universe has become a fond, but dim memory. As for me, I have had to take a break from gaming while I learn pages of allegory off by heart, for an important event at the end of the year. After that is done I too will join the rest of our intrepid pilots in the EVE Universe. I will continue to keep this site open in the hope that one day a new offline space game will tempt us to return for a while. But, no matter what direction we will follow in the future, this site, FACTS, will always be our home, and the doors will always be open for any one of us to pop in and drop a line. -------------------- |

Hi
I'm not actually playing that much anymore, well...... I wasn't until I got hooked by eve! Anyways as Zama said when you are online you just talk in chat which is generally easier and quicker! For myself, I have X3 (both of them! :p) but although I can run Reunion ok'ish, my laptop doesn't like TC or is it TC doesn't like my laptop? hmm..... may have to set up a study into that! :p anyways as a result I think I've only got as far as the second mission, because it's like watching a slide show :( When I get a better computer (depending on if i get work) I will try TC again and see how it goes. I would also deffinatly play it more if Egosoft brought it out as an online game, but I can't see that happening anytime.... I'll shut up now! NEXT! :p Ben -------------------- |

I love the online chatroom chat but there is some real lacking in comradery in alot of chatrooms for me, you get a much tighter group of people if you are in forums with it :D I can't say i've ever got into eve, played on my mates pc a few times but i just didn't get bitten i've got to say, i find online games better for a more pick up and shoot lots of people style play :D
I'm also hoping for a better computer, i can play 90% of the game on my laptop but the XI missions i got to just murder me down to about 5 fps :( I'm going to be a till guy at morrisons :D happy days. |

Hiya guys.
Thought I'd put a post in as haven't said anything for a long time! Congratulations The Prophet on getting a job as they are hard to find these days so I hope it works out for you. Scoobie has just gone back to College to re-take his GCSE Maths and English so he can get a better job. My eldest son is in year 11 and just starting his last year so is also doing his GCSE's. We now have Scoobies daughter living with us so I now have 4 kids to look after and that's enough work for me! Well that's about it from me so Good Luck in whatever everyone is doing, I hope it goes well for you! -------------------- |

OMG wow happy days, 4 topics with new message for me to have a peek at :D i'm LOVING it :D:D
Joined tennis and poker clubs at my uni (big mistake :( ) I've had to join the gym today, i did my first run in about 7-8 months... 5 miles wasn't the right choice but i made it, now i just plain hurt, ahhh well least i can drive places :D Best of luck to them in the GCSEs alot of people underestimate the effort people need to put in to get the grade they deserve. 4 kids does sound like a full time job, i bet you have some good times with it though :) On a new topic, i HATE HATE HAAAAAAAATE the whole corrupted save file, I lost about 4 hours of manual trading :( i really put so much effort in, just bad times. |

Hi all :),
Well I'm another one thats succummed to eve although it took nearly a year before my resistance finally failed. I couldnt understand why people from FACTS would disapear to play eve and then seemingly not be active on this board anymore ! I understand it now That would be the reason why all is quite but as said we all check back from time to time as we must make an attempt to keep the cobwebs at bay. Education, Education is the watchword for todays lives it is very important, and for those that have the stomach for going back to learn more later in life I support you and you have my utmost respect. You CAN teach an old dog new tricks ! As for sin,tan and cos ,never did like maths all that 1orange + 1 apple= .. but maths shapes our world and is very important to us as we use our computers and our cars and telephones, well you get it I'm sure. This recession seems a strange one -one month is ok, the next month is pretty bad but so far personally I'm getting through it,theres nothing worse for me than being inactive and I'm sure thats the case with all :). DanaMouse would appear to have her hands quite full -of kids- or even worse rampant teenagers One last thing -To "Fail" has a bad feeling to it, rather look at failure as one more step closer to success- never give up! Dick. -------------------- |

Well well, that must mean that the entire Murison clan is now flying around EVE.
Well done Dick, I must admit that I never expected to see you in EVE, not that I have seen you yet, or maybe I have but don't realise it. I have noticed that you refrain from giving us your EVE Character name. Glad to see that you still pop in here now and again, it is always a pleasure to read your posts. -------------------- |

Hi there ,
Well erm not saying it as the bad language filter may not like it but contact has been made with the FACTS corp so I am known and funny enough in the same alliance so yes hurry back cause I'd love to break some rocks with yourself . EVE for me was too expensive but I will have to apoligise to everyone for being wrong, its actually worth every penny Well Lethal has disapeared atm -busy flying in his Microsoft simulator but promises to be back before to long. Dick. -------------------- |

Indeed the world of MMOs is one that has a habit of latching on to spare time! After months of intensive training at work I was just starting to get some time again, only to be thwarted by discovering WoW.
On the plus side, i've found some time to overhaul my website and get back to stuff on youtube and checking here again. Have missed you all -------------------- |

Hi all
I agree WOW was a good game but Dreanor (The server I used to play on) got loged down with kids and gold spamming so I gave up. I now play EVE and have been since February. Despite my health stopping me from playing from time to time I can't get enough of it! In fact, the longer you play, the more skills you get and hence can do more, better and quicker! Thus you want more of it. WOW had its day, Now is the time for EVE!! Thank you all for keeping this dream of mine alive. Mostly to Skyman and Scoobie who have not only put thier good time to keep this site going but also pay for it as I am now on disabillity bennefit and can't afford the costs. But should it arise that some cash is needed to flow in, I can arange to help. Thank you all. -------------------- |

Eve is where the party is!
Ok, we have fractured into different corps, but we still help each other in the spirit of Facts. The corp I am ceo of is currently building ships for Facts members (and a select few others :D ) cheaper than the market price. In fact we have so many orders at the moment we are mining every possible minute!!! -------------------- |

maniac I have access to 3 frieghter loads of T3 and Sleeper salvage. If you are into making T3 cruisers maybe we can make a deal, if not now maybe in the future. My corp is a training corp for players new to EVE so if anyone wants to give the FREE trial a go let me know I can make your trial last 3 weeks instead of 2 plus my corp members will help you on how to get to do what you want to in EVE. (sorry about the plug
