Hi mercer, hope you are well. biggrin.gif

I have had the same problem when using a mobile connection. If you are using a mobile connection, you have be able to download your new purchase if you contact your mobile provider. (ie: Vodafone, 02, Virgin, ect.) and explain your dificulties. There may be a restriction to your dongle that can be lifted. But this is a long shot!

I done the above with my mobile provider as I could not see even the UK LOTTO site or pics of fits for EVE-Online posted on free hosting sites. This I can now do after the restriction was removed. However I can not download an update for EVEmon, using my mobile connection and Vodafone have said they can't do anything about it, even though I do have enough credit and have proved I am over 18. sad.gif

Also my gf can not download anything from The Sims 3 website using iether the web or the games own tool for up-loading and downloading. wacko.gif

If you have a direct connection, contact the customer services of your service provider, they should fix it for you. If they do not tell them they are breaking thier own terms and conditions of contract, hopefully this will get them thinking to helping you. Do not let them push around and treat you like a number. Always get the name of the person you talk to and if they say they can't help you demand to speak with thier superior. and continue until you get some possitive action. I know what I have is true as I have had simular probs with BT and now am taking them to the high court using a free solicitor. He wont get paid if we loose so he must be confident! remember this in all your dealings. Others should also take note of this and remember to read your contracts FIRST!

I wish you luck in your persuit of what you have paid for. Good luck

Ferd.
